Wellness Coaching is available online only.

My reflexology treatment is unique and unlike anything you’ve experienced before - deeply relaxing, incredibly therapeutic, and remarkably thorough.

Bowen Therapy is an integrative structural technique moving over muscles, tendons and ligaments with astounding results, to activate the body’s innate desire to return to homeostasis.
